Ni sa bula vinaka kece sara – (Greetings everyone) Kia ora koutou! 

Daylight savings here, the ducks are thriving (thanks to an abundance of rain) and Fijian Language Week (6–12 October) gives us another reason to celebrate our vibrant Porirua community. 

We recognise Macawa ni Vosa vakaViti – Fijian Language Week, and we love this year's theme:

‘Na noqu vosa me na tekivu mai vale – My language starts at home’
